Our job is to ensure that we capture the essence of your day in the best possible way, giving you a video that will last as an eternal memory of your special day. We always bring a team of two to film weddings to capture every great moment from different angles.
Every wedding is different, and we strive to not only catch the important moments, but also capture the energy of the Bride, the Groom, and the wedding as a whole.

Ceremony Video
The Day:
- We arrive an hour before the ceremony and find the best, least obtrusive angles to capture the wedding from. We will also reach out to the photographer ahead of time to ensure we are working in harmony with each other.
- We bring two Sony FS700 HD cameras placed on tripods to capture two perspectives of the ceremony.
- We capture audio on mini-recorders placed on the bride, groom and officiant.
The Edit and Delivery:
- Delivery via Vimeo within 30 days of the wedding.
- We deliver a HD version of the full ceremony incorporating simple and beautiful titles and music backing of your choice.
- We keep all of the raw footage backed up and safe in case you lose your video file or want to create something new in the future.
Ceremony and Reception Video
The Day:
- We arrive at the venue 45 minutes before the ceremony and find the best, least obtrusive angles to capture you walk down the aisle. We will also reach out to the photographer ahead of time to ensure we are working together.
- We bring two FS700 HD cameras placed on tripods at the back of the room to capture footage from two perspectives.
- We reset during the reception to ensure best coverage of the special moments.
- Audio from all speakers is captured.
- We capture footage through the first songs of open dancing or until six (6) hours of on site time has passed.
The Edit and Delivery:
- Delivery via Vimeo within 30 days of the wedding.
- We deliver a full version of the ceremony reception in HD quality, incorporating beautiful transitions and titles
- We keep all of the raw footage of your special day backed up and safe in case you lose your video file or want to create something new in the future.
Cinematic Ceremony and Reception Highlight Film
For the most cinematic capturing of your special day choose the Pearl Package. Includes video capture shot by two mobile camerapersons and a third, stationary camera. Then we edit together a stylized, cinematic 7-12 minute highlight video.
The Day:
- We arrive an hour before the ceremony and find the best unobtrusive angles to capture the ceremony from.
- A three person production team consisting of a director, cinematographer and 2nd camera operator will be present to capture all of your days special moments.
- The two mobile camera persons will operate Cinematic quality RED Digital Cinema cameras, and Sony FS700 will be the third camera set up on a tripod to ensure footage is captured in cinematic 4K quality.
- We capture the full ceremony and reception and stay to capture plenty of open dancing footage.
- Audio of all speakers is captured during ceremony and reception.
The Edit and Delivery:
- We deliver via Vimeo within 10 days of the wedding a social media highlight (20-50 seconds long)
- Within 60 days we deliver a 7-12 minute Cinematic Highlight Video.
- We keep all of the raw footage of your special day backed up and safe in case you lose your video or want to create a special anniversary video.
Coordinated Team, Intimate Experience
We love to meet with each couple before the wedding, whether it be in person or a video call so we get to know who you are, what you want from your video, and what we can do to make sure we capture your special day in special and unique ways.
The day of the shoot, our trained cameramen will film multiple angles of your wedding to ensure we capture every important moment of your special day. With our mobile camera setups, we can capture every angle quickly and nimbly while making each shot interesting with skilled camera movements and unique composition.
After the wedding, our editors will piece together your footage into stunning videos showing the magic of your day. With professional editing of the footage, sound, and color, you will receive a truly outstanding video that you can rewatch over and over, forever!
